Laborers Local 60 Benefit Funds

The Westchester Putnam Counties Heavy, Highway and Utility Laborers’ Local No. 60 (www.liunalocal60.com) , an affiliate of the Eastern New York Laborers’ District Council L.I.U.N.A., is established through collective bargaining agreements between the Construction Industry Council of Westchester and Hudson Valley, Inc. and various Employers.

The Westchester Putnam Counties Heavy, Highway and Utility Laborers’ Local No. 60 provides benefits to eligible participants for health and welfare coverage, legal services, and future benefits for pension and annuity. Each Plan is jointly administered exclusively by the Board of Trustees, which consists of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives and are responsible for the general administration of the Plans and for carrying out the provisions of the Plans in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and Declaration of Trusts.
